GENERAL GUIDANCE:  The ARB meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month for application reviews (colors, doors, sheds, fences, pools, garage to room projects, etc)  Homeowners are not allowed to commence modifications until their request is approved unless notification is not received within 30 calendar days of request submission. Homeowners are reminded to place each modification request on separate applications.
