Woodlands of Nansemond neighborhood is located near the small community of Driver in the historic Bennett’s Creek area of Suffolk on the Southside of Hampton Roads, VA. The single family homes feature brick fronts and side-loading garages. The development was built in 2005 – 2008 by four custom home builders: Pace Homes, Rosewell Homes, Lifestyle Homes and Lifetime Homes.
